I have used your products for several years and recently purchased your latest program, the Correct Coder. We have been using this for several weeks now and have found it to be a tremendous help in auditing of medical bills. The "Validate List" feature is terrific, allowing us to quickly detect unbundling of charges and assure the commercial insurance carriers are not over paying for services. This, combined with the Physicians Fee Reference, also helps to assure that we are recommending a fair and reasonable compensation to medical care givers for treatment. We would like to take a moment to extend our compliments regarding the CorrectCoder Software we have recently purchased.

Improper claim billing by providers and overpaid claim payments by insurance companies have become a nationwide problem. Our clients are large municipalities that are self-insured and their annual budgets for health care benefits consist of multi-millions of dollars.

My position as an Auditor is to perform Quality Assurance Audits on the Benefit Administrators to measure all aspects of the claim processing procedures. One of the most common errors that we have found is the incorrect payment of multiple laboratory services and multiple surgical procedures. Prior to purchasing the CorrectCoder Software, verification for these services was done manually, which was very time consuming. Now, after loading the CPT Codes to your user-friendly software, we are able to print out the results and attach it to our Audit Questions that are presented to the Administrator. This leaves them little room for rebuttal.

In addition, the technical support that we have received has always been prompt and professional.
